The Brief

This Private Residential Scheme contains 80 apartments with the ground and first floors being dedicated to commercial and leisure use.

The city centre site is designated within the East Pilgrim Street Development Framework as an opportunity for a landmark building on the main approach into Newcastle City Centre. This project is currently being developed to take full advantage of the framework and aid in the regeneration of the area.
