Refurbishment and extension of penthouse flat in Chelsea for a private client. The two bedroomed flat was extensively re-modelled with a glass winter garden extension and new upper terrace accessed from the mezzanine level. A new steel staircase was incorporated along with Crittall screens and bespoke Italian kitchen
