The Brief

A commercial development adjacent to the Tyne Bridge and Hilton Hotel, with access from Bottle Bank and from the Curzon Place piazza. It will deliver views over the Tyne Bridge and across the River Tyne and Newcastle Quayside. The proposed development is to be designed to achieve the highest level of design to make a positive contribution to the character of the area and further enhance the Bridges Conservation Area.

The speculative office scheme provides 430m2 of accommodation across two levels and would have a BREEAM very good rating on completion.
