The Brief

A development of 10 dormer bungalows is proposed on a triangular site adjacent to Stokesley leisure Centre. The scheme includes a mixture of  detached and semi-detached dwellings with  both dormer and Velux type windows. There is a variety of slate and tiled roofs, varying  porch details and external wall finishes to reflect the materials and design of the local vernacular.

Acoustic screening is provided adjacent to the main road and cricket ball mitigation measures included due to the proximity of the local cricket club.
