The Brief

Residential development of 40 dwellings made up of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses on the edge of Shildon, Co-Durham.  

The proposal includes communal open space and landscaping that incorporates a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS). The existing hedgerows and trees on the site with be retained, while additional planting and acoustic fencing will screen the development from the adjacent petrol filling station and the A6072.
