The Brief

The proposed residential development covers two sites in Hutton Rudby, Paddocks End South and Embleton Farm with a total of 79 dwellings proposed in a heavily landscaped setting. The development for Broadacres Housing Association includes self build plots, affordable and market value housing, predominantly single storey. The brief was to provide a low density solution aimed at the demographics of the village to allow young people  an opportunity to live in the village and older people to down size without a lack of quality.

The scheme is currently being considered in the planning process.
