This residential development consists of 10 one and two bedroom flats on a restricted city centre site with views to the River Tyne and Quayside. Designed to be sympathetic to the nearby Stephenson Quarter, the flats are designed to maximise  the views afforded by the buildings prominent position. It will allow positive enhancements to be made to the long vacant site and provide high quality dwellings in a sustainable location

We originally obtained planning permission for 24 one and two bedroom flats on this site in 2014, this was subsequently redeveloped into the current proposal and gained planning in 2019.
