The Brief

Centurion House is a new build 150 bed student accommodation built over Bath Cricket Club car park. The four storey building, built on the podium over the car park, comprises a mixture of cluster and  studio flats with study rooms and a common room. The building is clad in Bath stone and  bronze aluminium panels.

A new indoor cricket school & gym were also provided.

The building is due for occupation September 2022.
