The Brief

This project is a 134 bed student accommodation on a site in historic Chichester. The accommodation is a mixture of studios and cluster flats, provided in two buildings. There are shared common facilities within the larger building fronting Fishbourne Road East.

Designed as a contemporary building  that respects Chichester’s local vernacular in scale, massing and material selection. This scheme obtained planning consent in June 2016.
