The Brief

The 16 Ha site in Stocksfield currently lies within the Green Belt and a master planning exercise was carried out to support representations to the consultation document of October 2013.

A scheme was developed to demonstrate the number of dwellings the site could accommodate, including affordable housing, and the potential for the provision of a sports hall and school within the site boundary.
