The Brief

This scheme comprises of twelve semi-detached and detached houses, of approximately 2600 ft2.  These six bedroom, three storey houses with integral garaging and designed to Code for Sustainable Homes Code 3 standard, and gained planning permission in 2014.

The site was previously occupied by the charity Barnados and is situated in a primarily residential area, close to Jesmond Dene. The site is bounded by mature trees is most suitable for residential accommodation.
