The Brief

This proposal was to demolish an existing 1950’s 5 bedroomed bungalow and replace it with a new detached dwelling of a similar size. Located on a 1500m2 mature plot in Chesterfield, the new house was built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 standard and utilisies a SIP’s system. The internal organisation of the rooms compiles to lifetime homes criteria.
