The Brief

The Xenia Hotel is situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on Cromwell Road, and is typical of the fine white stucco buildings of the immediate vicinity.

The existing 7 storey, 83 bedroom hotel was refurbished to provide an additional 11 bedrooms, along with new bar, restaurant and gym facilities.

Working with Squadra Architects and ArchiSana, Intersect Architects were commissioned to address the technical design and specification to upgrade the hotel to current Building Regulation standards.
